01 · Attunement

Set your preferences.

Answer a few setup questions, choose how direct you want the Mirror to sound, and write your first Moment. Most people reach the first reflection in under three minutes.

02 · Moments

Write a Moment.

Record a thought, event, or feeling in one sentence. Add up to five context details if they help, or skip them.

03 · The Mirror

Choose a Lens.

The Mirror reflects the Moment through the question asked by that Lens. It quotes your wording, gives no instructions, and lets you request a closer reading.

04 · Practices

Work through a Practice.

Choose the time and privacy you have available. A Practice then leads you through a short sequence: record what happened, separate it from your interpretation, compare another angle, and write a final reflection. The sequence is structured; the conclusion remains yours.

05 · Quests & the Archetypes

Complete the Quests.

Each of the twelve Quests takes about five minutes. Your choices, together with recurring patterns in your Moments, contribute to a current archetype read. The app shows the evidence and never treats the result as fixed.

06 · Crucible & Distillation

Review longer patterns.

Use a Crucible to revisit one difficult subject over time. Each month, the Distillation brings recurring words and themes into one summary. The Record stores your Moments, reflections, and Distillations for export or deletion.

Quests and Archetypes

A current read, supported by your answers.

The twelve Quests present short situations and ask what you would do. There are no correct answers and no score to improve.

Aynshara compares those choices with patterns in your Moments and suggests which of sixty archetypes, across twelve families, best matches your current point of view.

The result describes a current tendency, not your identity. The app shows which answers and recurring phrases contributed to it.

You can use the Lenses and a Crucible to examine a pattern further. As your Moments and Quest answers change, the read can change too.
